Set in the style of a vernacular karaoke video, this work follows a dinosaur couple on a road trip through a small American town known for its fossil heritage. Caught in a mid-life crisis, the couple reflects on themes of belief, obsolescence, and masculinity while navigating the landscapes and cultural attitudes of rural America. Popular songs are embedded throughout the video, and viewers are invited to sing along, turning passive spectatorship into collective performance. The installation blends humor and nostalgia with subtle critique, using karaoke as a vehicle for both entertainment and reflection.
